Dr. John D. Hernried is the President & Medical Director of The Hernried Center for Medical Weight Loss in Sacramento, California. Dr. Hernried brings The Hernried Center both a deep, caring interest and extensive experience in the treatment of obesity. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, he is also a member of the Obesity Society, American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Hernried has directed weight loss programs for area hospital systems. He is also a well-known area lecturer on new topics in obesity.
